Late Rusi B. Gimi is one of those who need no introduction. He was a businessman, a philanthropist, a social activist, and an administrator par excellence. Despite very small beginnings in an insurance company, then in a company that sold G.I. buckets, and later as a seller of advertising space, he eventually decided to go into partnership in the business of outdoor advertising. The Company he created, Selvel, has today become a household word.
Mr. Numazar D Mehta, the Chairman & Managing Director of Selvel One, brings with him more than 40 years of experience in the advertising business. He has been the source of inspiration for the phenomenal growth of Selvel One Group across Eastern & Northeastern parts of India.
Mr. Mehta is the Founder, Chairman of the Indian Outdoor Advertising Association, he also presides as the current Vice President of the World Out of Home Organisation (previously known as SEPE International).
